We’re excited to share that food and beverage industry veteran Kevin Benmoussa has joined our growing C-level leadership team as our new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Benmoussa was most recently CFO at The Vita Coco Company, where he expanded the company’s global finance functions before leading its IPO last year. Previously, he held corporate leadership positions at Nestlé Waters North America, Inc. and PepsiCo Inc. where he drove growth and profitability through M&A, strategic alliances and business development.
In the coming months and years, as we collaborate with regulators, scale our production capabilities, and work to earn consumer trust, Mr. Benmoussa will focus on strategies to achieve profitability. He will chart the path to global growth, spearhead our operational expansion in the US, and oversee our finance, administration and legal departments globally, all out of our new US headquarters in New York City’s historic Meatpacking District.
As we advance plans for our first US large-scale plant, this new office will serve as both an extension of our corporate headquarters in Israel and a focal point for operations throughout the Americas. When choosing a location for our office, the Meatpacking District felt uniquely apropos given its rich history in meat production in a city known for its grit and charm. As Frank Sinatra famously sang about New York: “If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere.” Given our ambitious goals, we’re optimistic Sinatra’s lyrics will ring true for Aleph as well.
Please join us in welcoming Kevin Benmoussa!
