Health Benefits

Aleph Farms will contribute to a large portion of your medical, dental and vision coverage, for you and your dependents, as well as to a life insurance premium. Other benefits may be available on a voluntary basis at the time of hire.

401(k)

You will be entitled to participate in the Company 401(k) plan, and Aleph Farms will match your contributions up to 4% of your earnings, subject to limitations and conditions imposed by the IRS.

Aleph Farms provides Paid Time Off to all eligible employees, including vacation, sick leave and holidays.
